A cozy stay with helpful staff

During my stay at Surestay Plus Hotel, I was truly impressed by the attentive staff. They went above and beyond, especially Edward and Jay, who were consistently available to assist me and made my late checkout request a breeze. The hotel's clean, modern interiors invited relaxation after exploring the local attractions nearby. I often returned to my spotless room, making the stay quite enjoyable.

However, I did experience some inconveniences, particularly with the inconsistent hot water during showers. Additionally, I was quite surprised by the noise from the lobby area, which could be bothersome at times. The check-in procedure also took slightly longer than expected. These minor hiccups did detract a bit from my overall experience.

I stayed for a short transit at a hotel that was quite picturesque and well-kept. Had a good time here! The room was clean and comfy. The staff went above and beyond, bringing us ice when we asked and making sure everything was on point. The breakfast from the restaurant was tasty too! Only bummer was the street noise that could be heard even on the 4th floor — but I just turned up the TV.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but the shower only got hot when i was done, how lovely. also, the air conditioning barely worked. after all that, a complimentary bottle of water would’ve been a nice touch, but i guess that's just too much to ask for here. really disappointing experience.

The fridge in my room lacked a temperature dial, leaving it warmer than I'd prefer. A delicate washroom light sensor goes off at the slightest movement, making for an annoying experience. During my stay, I faced complications regarding prepaid bookings that muddied check-in. The hotel's drainage was blocked upon arrival, and I had to call for maintenance, which highlighted a lack of thorough pre-check procedures. Also, the check-out process lacked professionalism.

Comfortable spot to unwind by the pool and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

Recommend it for solo travelers

The staff were just incredible. I mean, they helped me out when I needed to check out late because I was really enjoying my time there and I didn't feel rushed at all. Edward and Jay are real gems, always ready to go the extra mile for me.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, which is still acceptable.
